課程大綱
第一天(9:00-16:00)
1、Minitab基本介紹(Introduction to Minitab)
(1)Minitab基本結(jié)構(gòu)、使用技巧、保存數(shù)據(jù)、保存圖形、新建項目文件等(Minitab interface、Minitab Tips、save data, save graphs, how to new projects);
(2)如何基于Minitab拆分、合并工作表、堆疊數(shù)據(jù)、對數(shù)據(jù)進行排序和子集化操作(Split and merge worksheet and subset of worksheet. Sort data);
(3)基礎統(tǒng)計學:統(tǒng)計學分析思路,正態(tài)分布,各種常見統(tǒng)計參數(shù)(Basic statistics: normal distribution test and some Descriptive statistics);
(4)直方圖、散點圖、箱線圖、概率圖、時間序列圖、餅圖、Pareto 等(histogram、scatterplot、boxplot and probability plot、time series plot、pie chart main effect plot and pareto plot and so on);
(5)基于圖形進行數(shù)據(jù)分析的案例(Case study on using some kinds of plot);
2、SPC原理及各種控制圖(Statistical process control)
(1)控制圖的基本原理,控制限的計算,控制限與規(guī)格限的區(qū)別于聯(lián)系(The principle of control chart, how to calculate the control limit, the difference between control limit and spec limit);
(2)控制圖的判異原則;控制圖的不同使用階段的劃分及控制限的確立原則(how to test the special causes in control chart. The stage of control chart);
(3)控制圖的選擇樹,基于數(shù)據(jù)類型和合理抽樣方案選擇恰當?shù)目刂茍D的方法(How to choose the correct control chart base on the data type and samples collecting methods);
(4)Xbar-R控制圖、Xbar-S控制圖、I-MR控制圖、P圖、NP圖、C圖、U圖制作及分析;控制圖使用的兩類風險分析(Detailed introduction Xbar-R chart, Xbar-S chart, I-MR chart, P chart and NP chart, C chart and U chart. The risk of using control chart);
(5)使用Minitab軟件進行監(jiān)控流程是否受控的案例分析(Using Minitab software to judge if the process in control);
第二天(9:00-16:00)
1、過程能力分析(Capability Analysis)
(1) 過程能力分析的概念及意義;過程能力分析的原理及變異的估計(Why capability analysis, the capability principle and estimate the variance);
(2)對正態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的過程能力分析;Cp、Cpk的使用原則及計算意義(The relation between CP/ CPk and what shall we get from the two parameter);
(3)PP、PPk的使用及計算;Cp、Cpk、Pp、PPk的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系;PPM的計算(The difference between CP, PP and CPk, PPk;How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(4)西格瑪水平Z值的計算及意義,基準的西格瑪水平能力計算分析(How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(5)對非正態(tài)分布數(shù)據(jù)的能力分析:Box-Cox轉(zhuǎn)換原理、Johnson變換及選擇(Capability analysis for nonnormal data: BOX-COX transform and Johnson transform);
(6)如何基于Minitab軟件進行其它分布的能力分析(Use individual distribution identification to choose the right distribution);
2、測量系統(tǒng)分析(Measurement system analysis)
(1)測量系統(tǒng)分析的概念及變異源分析的原理(The principle of measurement and the source of variance);
(2)測量系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、分辨度、線性、偏倚、重復性、再現(xiàn)性的概念及意義(Concept of Stability、discrimination、bias、linearity、repeatability reproducibility);
(3)如何使用Minitab軟件進行量具的線性和偏倚分析(Bias and linearity analysis in Minitab);
(4)基于Minitab軟件創(chuàng)建測量系統(tǒng)分析的工作表(Create Gage R&R study worksheet);
(5)Gage R&R的計算及意義;P/T使用的意義及計算(Calculate Gage R&R index and P/T);
(6)可區(qū)分類別數(shù)(NDC)的含義及計算(Number of district categories (NDC));
(7)測量系統(tǒng)分析及綜合案例介紹(Case study on measurement system analysis);
第三天(9:00-16:00)
1、假設檢驗(Hypothesis Test)
(1)假設檢驗的原理介紹及何時需要用假設檢驗進行數(shù)據(jù)分析(The principle of hypothesis test and why need use this tools);
(2)假設檢驗中存在的兩類風險分析及如何選擇正確的假設檢驗工具進行分析(Two kind of risk in hypothesis test and how to choose the right tools to analyze data);
(3)原假設、備擇假設確立的原則(How to set null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis);
(4)單樣本Z檢驗、單樣本T檢驗、雙樣本T檢驗及A*VA進行數(shù)據(jù)分析(1-Z test,1-T test ,two sample-T test and A*VA);
(5)P值表示的含義及在不同的質(zhì)量工具中輸出的匯總(Introduction of P value);
(6)有關假設檢驗的綜合案例介紹(Case-study for Hypothesis Test);
2、相關與回歸分析(Regression and Correlation)
(1)相關型分析,相關系數(shù)的含義(Correlation introduction, correlation coefficient);
(2)一元線性回歸的診斷及參數(shù)計算(Simple Regression least ?square ?method ,R2,R2(adj),R2(Pre));
(3)邏輯回歸的案例介紹(Logistic Regression case-study);
3、試驗設計(DOE)
(1)試驗設計的發(fā)展及作用(Why DOE and history of DOE);
(2)幾種常見設計類型的區(qū)別,DOE中的幾個常見概念(The difference among some common DOE);
(3)實施DOE的基本策略及思路,實施過程中應注意事項(Process for DOE and some tips);
(4)2k因子設計原理及正交試驗原理,因子的主效應、交互作用的判斷(2k Factor 、Main effect and Interaction);
(5)如何基于Minitab軟件進行試驗安排(Create DOE worksheet in Minitab);
(6)復制試驗、中心點、區(qū)組等操作(How to add number of center points、 Number of blocks、Number of replicates);
(7)判斷模型的有效性及優(yōu)化模型,基于Minitab軟件中的DOE進行調(diào)優(yōu)設計(DOE Analysis、Factorial plot、Response optimizer and Case study);
